This notice explains how personal data collected through this website is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. What is collected

• Contact form: name, phone, e-mail, topic, child's age and your message.
• WhatsApp: your phone number and message content.
• Chat assistant: messages are processed in your browser only; nothing is sent to a server or stored.
• Cookies: anonymous visit statistics, only if you consent.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to handle your appointment request and to contact you, under KVKK Art. 5/2-c and Art. 5/1 (explicit consent). Health-related special category data is processed only with explicit consent and under professional confidentiality.

4. Sharing

Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required.

5. Retention

Contact requests are kept for at most 2 years. Client records and assessment reports are kept confidentially for the period required by professional regulation.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may request information about, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Write to iletisim@psikologesragamgam.com.

7. Professional confidentiality

Everything shared in sessions is confidential. The only exception is a serious and imminent safety risk or a legal obligation; this is stated openly at the outset.
